"Worked with Tim extensively over the years in operational roles and it would be hard to find a more reliable, dependable or hard-working guy. Approached every problem with a positive mindset, and a confidence that the application of rational thought, curiosity and creativity would lead to the solution. He’s a great relationship builder and networker and his way of working establishes trust with clients and colleagues alike. Outside of work, he’s done some fabulous work for charity where, again, his considerate and compassionate nature, combined with his problem solving expertise, has generated fantastic results. I can’t recommend Tim highly enough - whatever he does he’ll do with passion, conviction and determination."
Steve Hendry, former VP & Delivery Executive - Atos
"Tim has a very thorough and professional approach to work. Encapsulated within this is the approach to be inclusive with the people you work with, lead and mentor. During our time working together you demonstrated creative ways to tease out issues and trial innovative solutions (issue workshops, internal Vlogs). His main strength, however, is not leaving anything to chance, he plans, reviews, executes and reviews impact to see if the expected outcome has been achieved and if not will forensically work through the problem to get to the desired outcome. This attention to detail and understanding is evident in how he presented and communicated status updates to his internal and external Stakeholders."
Mo Asif, former VP & Global Programme Management - Atos
"Tim is one of the most genuine, warm and approachable individuals I’ve encountered in my career and someone you want in your corner. A natural collaborator, he excels at connecting people, instinctively understanding what’s needed and assembling the right elements to get things done. He approaches everything with a creative mindset, always on hand with a fresh viewpoint and finding engaging ways to deliver. Tim consistently promotes equity and inclusion, living and breathing it through his actions everyday, advocating for the often overlooked voices. Personally, I’ve experienced the positive impact of his allyship in my own professional development."
Anusha Balapaskaran, Digital Engagement Manager - Atos
"I've really enjoyed working with Tim in many guises over the last 12.5 years. He's one of those rare people who brings warmth, professionalism, and a genuine passion for what he does. He's incredibly personable and open, always ready to take on new challenges and explore new territory. What’s impressed me most is how he’s taken the structure and insight from his background in Service Management and applied it so effectively in the world of events and communications. It’s an area where he’s clearly thriving, not just because of his skills, but because of the energy, creativity, and inclusivity he brings to every project. He’s a real asset to any organisation."
Lewis Herbert, Chief Operating Officer - Atos

"Tim is an absolute joy to work with! Every little detail was thought through with such care & detail. Straight away I could sense that he’s created Moth Events for the purest of reasons – sharing a true love of music with people, and putting on events that bring a community together. I have nothing but good things to say about the experience!"
Fyfe Dangerfield (Guillemots)
"I’ve had the absolute pleasure of working with Tim over the past three years as he has spearheaded the music events at my small venue. His passion, dedication, and relentless work ethic have been instrumental in establishing our space as one of the most prominent and well-regarded live music venues in the area. Tim has created invaluable opportunities for local artists, providing them with a platform to hone their craft and connect with audiences in an intimate and meaningful way.
What sets Tim apart is his ability to consistently exceed expectations. Despite the challenges of running a small venue, he has managed to attract an impressive calibre of artists—many of whom have gone on to feature on the 2024 Glastonbury line-up. His industry knowledge, networking skills, and unwavering commitment to quality programming have elevated our venue’s reputation far beyond what we could have imagined.
Beyond his contributions to the music scene, Tim has also made a significant impact in the community. His fundraising efforts for local mental health initiatives have been truly inspiring, demonstrating his deep-rooted commitment to using music as a force for good. At a time when the live music industry faces economic uncertainty, Tim has built a sustainable and thriving event model that not only supports artists but also fosters a strong sense of community."

Striving for Accessibility improvements and diversity visibility
Within 12 months improved accessibility social media KPIs from <50% to >85% via training and automated tracking.
"I first worked with Tim when he was putting on an inclusive and accessible art workshop.
Not only was the event one of the highlights of my year it became the first of many things we worked on together as Tim worked to weave his passion for accessibility and inclusion into his daily working in the Marketing team.
Another of our collaborations was recently shown during a panel session at the UN in Vienna as an example of best practice communication and inclusive leadership.
Tim’s can do attitude, creativity and problem solving ability make him a pleasure to work with and he brings this to both the corporate world and the work he does in the arts for charity outside of his day job."
Neil Milliken, VP- Global Head of Accessibility, Atos

For International Sign Languages Day, I approached a senior executive to share his personal story via a sign language which we launched on social media. Due to it's success (likes, shares, conversations started) it was later shared at the UN in Vienna.

Curated a "Sports as a driver for belonging" panel discussion for DEI Summit 2023 with former FA England Men's Amputee manager and former CEO of Lewes FC (first football team to do equal pay for men and women).

"Tim has been instrumental in developing actionable dashboards with key accessibility indicators, enabling us to measure and continuously improve the inclusiveness of our social media content. Beyond his data-driven contributions, he has actively supported the design and communication of accessibility strategies for both virtual and public-facing events led by the Accessibility Office.
What stands out is Tim’s proactive mindset and ability to go beyond what is expected. He combines curiosity and resilience with a consistently positive energy that galvanizes collaboration. His communication is both clear and empathetic—qualities that have been invaluable in our cross-functional initiatives.
Tim brings not only competence but also purpose to everything he does. His blend of creativity, dynamism, and commitment to accessibility and equity makes him a trusted collaborator supporting the teams to become more inclusive."
Alexandra Nothnagel, Program Manager Global Accessibility & Digital Inclusion Governance, Atos
"I had the pleasure of working with Tim in my previous DE&I role, and I can confidently say that he is a hardworking, open-minded, and highly structured professional. His ability to organize and execute events with precision is truly impressive, but what sets him apart is his unwavering commitment to going the extra mile whenever required.
I was particularly impressed by his passion for bringing diverse voices together, ensuring that every perspective is heard, valued, and given the opportunity to contribute. His strong communication skills enable him to create impactful and inclusive experiences, whether organizing a large-scale conference or facilitating an intimate roundtable discussion.
Beyond his expertise in marketing and event organization, Tim is a natural connector - someone who fosters meaningful conversations and builds bridges between people. Working with him was a true pleasure, and I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a skilled and passionate professional who makes a real difference."
Larissa Tatarcan, Chief of Staff & Head of DE&I

Building up future talent
Co-led the UK&I apprenticeship rebrand, both resulting in improved outcomes and progression, and mentoring graduates.
"I've had the pleasure of working with Tim at Atos, and his mentorship was invaluable to my career growth. He provided thoughtful and insightful career advice, and played a key role in helping me secure a spot on the FUEL talent program for emerging leaders. Tim is a great role model, always pushes above and beyond his responsibilities and is passionate about making a positive impact on people both in and outside of work. Key examples of this include Tim organising an Art Workshop for the Blind and Partially Sighted and hosting a webinar for Atos' annual D&I Summit with distinguished guest speakers to talk about the power of sport on wellbeing (this garnered hundreds of internal and external colleagues in attendance). Tim involved me in both of these activities and this greatly contributed to my own development.
Tim’s leadership and support made a lasting impact, and his ability to empower others is truly commendable."
Nasir Ahmed, IT consultant, Atos (mentee)

"I had the privilege of being mentored by Tim during a pivotal time in my professional journey, and I’m incredibly grateful for the impact he’s had on my development. Tim’s mentorship went far beyond career advice. He helped me refine my CV, build confidence, and define my long-term goals. He also encouraged me to step outside my comfort zone and encouraged me to join the Adapt Network, which gave me a broader understanding of the organisation and helped me connect with professionals across different departments. His leadership style is grounded in strategic thinking and a genuine care for those he mentors. Any team or individual would benefit greatly from Tim’s expertise, perspective, and guidance."
